From the recording Keeper of the Stones (CD Title)

My first trip to Ireland, I ended up in a small town on the West Coast called Doolin (which i later found out was a traditional music meca). Upon asking around for a place to stay, I was directed to a man called Miko Russell (whom I later learned was a reknowned traditional Irish musician).  He offered his cottage for visitors to rent. It turned out to be a charming 300 year old stone house on the hill above the town. I was blessed to be able to stay there for a month and just listen to the walls speak!   Lena, my co-writer had a very similar experience, so we put our stories together with Lena's brilliant storytelling flair.
